I walked in five minutes late due to traffic in the overcrowded Costco parking lot. I had an eye appointment at 2:45 and was physically in the office by 2:50. The optometrist had another person in her office so I waited. I had time to sit in the waiting chairs and try on several frames. About ten minutes went by and she came out, not allowing my appointment because it had been cancelled because I was ""over fifteen minutes late."" I was not fifteen minutes late. This was the only available time for me to have an appointment, hence why I scheduled it ahead of time knowing I would have no other free time. It was a waste of gas driving up there. The doctor did not take into consideration what I had to say or that she may have actually been wrong. I believe her name was Dr. Cam, or something of that sort. I am VERY displeased with her attitude towards me and will NOT ever be returning back to this department. Horrible HORRIBLE service.
Cons: Horrible customer service skills by the optometrist. Poor attitude. Will not be returning.
