I was once a fan of Cosmos in Ballantyne until the experience that I had on my wedding night....It would have been an easy with a simple apology not tons of excuses for their employees actions.
My Wedding party ended at a hotel in Ballantyne at 12 or so and I thought it would a good idea for 15 to 20 of us to head over to cosmos. Before leaving my party I grabbed a sandwich left over from our wedding. The sandwich was smaller than the palm of my hand.
I got out of the shuttle at cosmos while eating my sandwich and realized there was onions in my sandwich. So while my friends and I ordered shots I placed my small sandwich on the counter to take the onions off. As I took the onions off the BAR TENDER MANAGER CAME OVER TO ME AFTER WE JUST PUT IN ORDERS FOR SHOTS FROM HIM AND AGGRESSIVELY SMASHED MY SANDWICH DOWN ON THE WITH THE PALM OF HIS HAND IN FRONT OF MY NEW WIFE AND I. Then he followed by saying DON'T YOU BRING OUTSIDE FOOD TO MY BAR. Obviously I was not aware because I laid the sandwich right on the bar. He did not say a word to me such as "Sir we dont allow outside food in the bar." If he did I would have gladly just threw it away with no problem. My friends and I were totally shocked by his actions. Instead of getting upset because I felt totally disrespected in front of my NEW WIFE on our wedding night. I just said I would handle it later, so I told my friend to not leave a tip and we would just go to the other side of the bar.
