THE CORKY'S HERE JUST DOESN'T CAPTURE THE FLAVOR PROFILES, AMBIANCE OR SERVICE LIKE THE ORIGINAL ONE IN MEMPHIS. NOT BAD BBQ FOR THESE PARTS THOUGH.

Corky's is famous for their ribs and there is a reason. The ribs are great tasting and great quality pork. They give you two choices for the flavor, dry rub or sauce. You can get them with dry rub and always add your own sauce or if you get a full slab you can get half and half. more
