Corinne grew up in the little town of Laytonsville, MD outside of Washington, DC. After graduating from UNC-Greensboro in 2003, she began working as a legal assistant and personnel coordinator for Williams & Connolly Law Firm. Deciding against a career in law, she moved to Hilton Head, SC in 2007 where she began her career in real estate at Marriott Vacation Club. In 2008, she transitioned to residential real estate at Charter One North where she was mentored and sponsored by Charles Sampson. After obtaining her South Carolina real estate license in 2009, Corinne moved to Charleston with her then boyfriend (now husband), Adam Nickell. She began working for Carolina One as the legal assistant to President Michael Scarafile, and also supported Win Walker, Vacation Rental Director while actively selling real estate herself in the greater Charleston, SC area. In May of 2014, Adam earned a promotion that enabled them to move their family to Greenville, SC. Corinne transitioned her real estate business in November of 2014 as a buyer’s agent for Hamilton & Co. By 2015, Corinne was the top producing buyers agent with 32 closings in 10 months. Grateful to Dan for the opportunity; in December of 2015, she made the decision to branch out on her own, still under the same KW Greenville Upstate brokerage. Corinne continues to be ranked in the top 2% of the total Greater Greenville Association of Realtors for volume closed, and is also a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Agent division (an exclusive division of Keller Williams International). Corinne truly enjoys assisting people with both buying AND selling their home.
