Boy did I get lucky when I found Coral Bay Waterscapes, Inc. to repair the lily pond at Westside Montessori School. This was the first time someone came out in a timely manner to repair the pond at a very reasonable price. I found Mr. and Mrs. Lewis to be fair, and very knowledgeable about pond life and how to get things working again so the children could continue caring for the pond life. Over the last several years they have responded to my calls for assistance, always at a reasonable rate. They were friendly and even gave me instruction on how to care for the pond. Each of these required a significant amount of unconventional design work, and both are absolutely beautiful, functional and perform flawlessly. This talented team turned my teeny, ugly backyard into a tranquil oasis complete with a pondless waterfall and stream, plants that create privacy, and a magical night time when the subtle lighting is on. I LOVE it!. I hired them a second time to put in a custom pathway. This company is very honest, hard-working, and gives you way more than you expected. They are always available to help with problems & questions, and I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile. This comapny is a mom and pop faction that is not up to date with the way things are today. First off, they will charge you for what they call ""free estimates"". After contacting the office they said they can come out to give an esimate in 2 days, which in turned into 3 weeks. After diagnosing the problem I told them I would like for them to perform the work. I explained that I would like them to provide insurance before the work was performed. After 4 months of waiting on the correct paper work and no showing for the work they said they could perform, I gave up. Now being harrassed for a payment for the ""free esimate"". The owners are very rude, uncooperative and not worth your trouble. I do not recommend this company for any work due to the unprofessionallism of the staff!
