I hate that I had to give one star, but it wouldn't let me post otherwise. I would NOT recommend this place..it gives you false advertisement and when you ask about it they give you a run around..for instance its says shampooing, they fail to mention they only shampoo ""shaggy"" carpet, if you have dog stains they charge EXTRA it says nothing about that in their advertisement, also it says they help move most furniture well they didn't move ANY furniture. I had to do all the work .it also says they spot clean ,which they do not. When I called and complained that they guy only ""steamed"" my carpet nothing else. Cooper said he would have the guy come back out, I waited and waited for them at the time they were suppose to come, when I realized nobody was coming I decided to call and see what the deal was. Cooper was like oh yea i talked to the guy and he said he only charged you x amount and so therefore we're not coming back out..They couldn't even call to tell me this? his excuse was we deal with so many people I wasn't sure who it was..SERIOUSLY..this is how these people do business..DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!!!!!!..and one last thing the stains are still on the carpet!!!!!!!!!
