Very rude staff! We went here by mistake instead of going to Helen Tubing where they had a water park.While paying $10 for a one time trip down the river and what I thought was the water park, I asked if that included the water park. I was told it included the two slides which is all their waterpark consists of but never received an explanation that there was no "water park." After my daughter arrived with her two younger children, she went to purchase her passes for just the "water park? and was told that there was no water park in Helen. She asked the clerk if she could ask him a question, and his arrogant response was "I think you just did ask me a question." As we were looking for the park with the Lazy River which is actually located in the waterpark at Helen Tubing, she was told that the only lazy river there was in Helen was the river and you could float if you were lazy. LOVE this!! It's totally worth the drive from Atlanta...it's really cheap fun!! I would recommend getting the stick incase you get hung on a rock! Get the tube w/ the bottom on it and if you're with someone else BE SURE TO GET THE ATTACHMENT!! I would also recommend going on a day after it rains if it's not too cold. That's when the water is a little higher. more

This is the best most cheap fun. It costs like 5 dollars to tube down the river. You can make it relaxing or adventurous. It is great for the whole family. It gets everyone out doors and away from the tele. Great way to spend the day. more

This is a great way to spend a lazy sunday afternoon and costs next to nothing. They take you up the river on a bus and give you a giant tube and let you get in the river and go at your own pace. This is fun for all ages. Not really dangerous or anything. Cheap fun!! more
