Cookie Cutters in Draper does a great job with children's haircuts! They make it fun for the kids while they are getting their hair cut. They do a great job - even with the very wiggly toddlers. Although I do not have any kids of my own, I accompanied a friend to this great place a few weeks ago. I found it to be exactly what I wished I had a a child. Video games, an indoor slide, and balloons! So much fun you almost forget you're getting your haircut! One of the employees was even nice enough to trim my bangs upon my request, and got me my own ""adult"" chair to sit in. I would recommend this place to anyone with children. You'll leave wishing that every mundane task in life could be as fun. more

I have been taking my 2 year old to Cookie Cutters her whole life--she's always had a lot of hair and I get compliments constantly on her A-line cut. I live in Taylorsville but drive out to Draper for our cuts as I am so impressed with the stylists there. I took my 2 year old the other day as well as my 10 month old adopted daughter who has ethnic hair. I had not had her hair cut yet although it is 5 inches long. I asked if they could just shape it up and cut off the dry ends. I was So, So happy with the result. They used a special brush for curly hair and cut off the dry ends and shaped it up so cute. I was also thrilled when she was able to quickly part and twist it into a darling style depsite her wriggling. I can not say enough great things about this store and the stylists there! I should have looked at the reviews on here first before going there! The first one is obviously a real customer, and 2 and 3 the manager at Cookie Cutters. \r Instead of trying to fool people on her why don't you use the time to get your stylists and yourself a bit more training!?\r Give me a break, 2 ""5 star"" reviews the same day? With similar randomly chosen letters, do you really think everybody is dumb??\r The first review sums it up pretty good what I have to say about Cookie Cutters too. \r I had to wait, the cut wasn't any better than what I could have done without training. It wasn't worth the money.\r By the way, how often do you sanitize those controlers? All I can say is ""Yack....no thank you!"". more

My kids love going to get their hair cut at the Draper Cookie Cutters. Who would have thought getting their hair cut would be such a treat. My six year old still likes to sit in the different fun car seats and play video games or watch movies. My 9 year won't sit in the cars, but still likes to go and play the play station. \r ITS CLEAN, FUN, FRIENDLY, AND FAST WITH GREAT STYLISTS. Not to mention cute hair accessories and hair products.\r We've been going for 3 years now. And with a 10 month old, we'll be going for many more years to come. more

I love Cookie Cutters! My son has been getting his hair cut there for 2 years since he was 6 months. It is always such a fun time. He gets to sit in a car and watch movies or play games. I'm amazed that the stylists always do such a wonderful job even with a wiggly toddler. If you happen to have a bad haircut they will fix it for free. They will only charge a little extra if you decide you want a completely different cut. There is also some video games and slide for kids to play on if you ever have to wait, which is never long. They have always been so easy to work with and do a great job every time! more

I took my son in to have his hair cut. It took me three weeks & a bribe to convince him to get it cut. School pictures were coming up and I wanted his hair to look nice. I called and made an appointment. Arrived on time, but had to wait 25 minutes. When it was our turn finally, I told the ""stylist"" how I wanted his hair cut and went to check on my other child. Not thinking that I have to babysit the ""stylist"" to ensure it was done correctly. When she finished it looked just as bad as when we arrived. It didn't look like she did ANYTHING! We had to leave to make another appointment because we were running late due to our appointment being pushed back. I called right after we left to see what we could do to fix his hair and was told I would have to pay another $8 to have it fixed. I had just paid $15+tip for the crappy haircut. Why should I have to pay ANYTHING to have them correct something that wasn't done correctly in the first place. Now I can't get my son to get his hair fixed because of the bad experience with Cookie Cutters. Well, picture day has come and my son's hair looks like someone cut it with a flowbee. Thanks for the crappy haircut! Needless to say, I will NEVER go back. more
