Disregard for others property 5/8/2019

My neighbor had work done and the employees didn't ask me to move my car, which got cement dust all over it. I had to get it buffed out and loose 4 hours of work. They will not pay for it, lied about it, yelled, swore and I have lots of pictures. No stars but it forces me to. more
