Conn's has very very poor customer service reps... you get very rude harassing phone calls when your payment is late due to loss of employment. They will call you 5x in a row. It is very crazy. I have been trying to get in touch with the president or vice president but of course they will not give me a name or phone #. I am very disgusted with the way I have been treated from Conn's and I will never shop there or suggest to anyone else to shop there as well. If anyone has any info on who I need to speak with PLEASE help.
