My experience was an absolute nightmare due to the shady tactics of Mark Townsend. He will tell you one thing about costs, then totally bait and switch, sliding in details that do not come to light until closing time when it's too late to do anything about it. The stress at crunch time is not what you need . Do your homework and find an honest loan officer.
