I really wish I would have contacted then sooner than I did. My garage door was falling apart and I needed someone to come over quickly and fix it before it did. I called this company- and they showed up the same day. They saved me a headache of having to deal with it by myself, and saved me a hole in my pockets by providing the best deals! You should call them today for great deals on repairs and replacements! more

He got the job done and cleaned up after himself. The door works very well. He also have us some information about how to take better care of the door as well. His price seems fair. We got good and prompt service for the price. more

Concord garage doors showed up the same day, quoted me a price for the work and there were no hidden fees. The technician arrived at arrange time to fix a garage door, had the parts on hand and got my garage door working that day. Very friendly guy knows his trade and the rates were competitive. These folks are the best. The garage door repair man showed up right on time, to the minute. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did great work in record time. He fixed both the door and the light attached to it and it works great now. Highly recommended. more

Knowledgeable People 9/7/2011

They are great! I was in a panic and he fixed my garage door that same evening (I called at 7pm) and he made it out the next hour later! He's very responsive, knowledgable, reasonably priced, follows up, follows through, and will stand by his products/service--will even come back if something goes wrong with your garage door a month or 2 later! He goes above and beyond what is expected. I'm definitely keeping his contact info in case I need to repair or replace another garage door opener. more

Broken Garage 8/22/2011

Called these guys on Monday morning to fix a broken garage door that broke on Sunday. The repair guy showed up 45 minutes early and took less than an hour to repair. I'll use these guys again. more

We've used Concord garage doors before. They do great work and don't try to sell you services you don't need. They were respectful of our personal space knocking on the garage door into the house even though I told them they could come if they needed me. The whole job was explained to me before work began and I kept the parts so my husband could see what the problem had been. Prices were reasonable and the service was fast and efficient. We have their number posted in numerous places in our garage. more
