Very disappointing experience with repair of a computer that wouldn't boot up. After they charged almost $300 for the repairs, it would not boot when I got it home. I took it back...

Great service and extremely pleasant to work with. They came to my house and repaired my computer that wouldn't start up. The technician fixed the issue quickly along with other problems I was having. He took the time to explain what he was doing so I don't make the same mistake again. Everything was completed within the hour and the price was very reasonable versus other companies I have used in the past. They are now my go to computer company. more

Wonderful Service and Staff. I'm not a computer expert but I know enough to keep someone honest. Computer Renaissance people are on top of their game. They know what they are doing, they are honest with their customers, their value and service are exceptional. I would give this company a 5 plus star rating with the top score being 5. Computer Renaissance makes it happen. I only need a simple repair because I couldn't get on the internet. Other places wouldn't listen to what I needed. All they cared about is collecting a diagnostic fee. Computer Renaissance not only listened but they explained the process and actually completed the repair within a couple of hours at a price that was surprisingly cheap. Save yourself the aggravation of checking around and go to a honest company that won't take advantage of you. Computer Renaissance made my day!!! more

Best Customer Service EVER 5/28/2012

Best ever customer service experience. I have never taken my laptop for service. I called around and received some really scary comments. Then I talked to my neighbor who recommended Computer Renaissance. I called and they were helpful and courteous. When I went to the store they looked at my problem and took the time to explain everything...really nice staff. I give them a high rating and recommend them as a company you can trust. more

Great Experience 5/12/2012

Great Experience with a Quality Company. My laptop was having all types of issues. Other repair companies told me the worst. One even said it wasn't repairable. Computer Renaissance found the issue the same day with a $80 repair. I was prepared to pay $300 but they were honest and treated me with respect. I will never take my computer any where but Computer Renaissance. 10 Stars for these guys and gals!! more

Best Value, Best Service, Best Everything 12/8/2011

Best Value, Best Service, Best Everything. I had a nasty virus on my notebook. Other places priced virus removal over $200, Best Buy $300. Computer Renaissance charged me $70 and my computer runs better than it did brand new. Plus, the staff is so friendly. They made my day. Wonderful People who Enjoy Helping 8/1/2011

Wonderful Staff...the best service ever. It's refreshing to work with a company that you trust. They truly care and work to make it right. My Laptop audio stopped working. I worked for hours to correct. Computer Renaissance fixed it and only charged $25. I will never go anywhere else. I strongly recommend these people. Thanks more

Excellent Computer Company 7/25/2011

Excellent experience and surprisingly affordable. I don't know a lot about computers but the staff immediately made me comfortable. They took their time to explain what was happening and offered me a couple of options on the repair. The repair was unexpected and I didn't have much money but they took care of me. I really appreciate their patience and willingness to help me. Even after the repair, I called for help and they walked me through the setup process. I will never use anyone else...I felt like a valued customer. more

I highly recommend Computer Renaissance! I don't know a lot about computers and immediately after I entered their store they made me feel comfortable with my computer repair. They took time to explain the problem and showed things to do in the future to help. They could have taken advantage of me but they were honest and treated me fairly. They are great people and we need to support them more

Disappointing Experience 5/10/2011

Very disappointing experience with repair of a computer that wouldn't boot up. After they charged almost $300 for the repairs, it would not boot when I got it home. I took it back for warranty service. They wanted another major repair charge. I decided to just get another computer. They then charged me a $50 ""diagnostic fee"" to return the unrepaired computer. Customer No Service! What a rip off!! more

Great service, Great price! 11/21/2009

I called about 7 computer repiars places looking to replace a stripped screw on my laptop. C.R. did the job in 15 mins, charged only $25, when other would not even touch it! Right between I-75 and I-575 in Kennesaw, next to starbucks, where I grabbed a drink and waitted for a short time! Pros: Near freeways, quickly done, has football on in store! more
