I just picked up my cpu from your shop. I am so DISsatified I cannot say. You did not transfer my ""data"" as promised and also did not transfer other essential software to the brand new computer I brought you. I subsequently had another company look at this and they were able to recover files and other essential data from my old computer and transfer it to my new computer. I feel like you ""ladybugs"" were either incompetent or just lazy....I am respectfully requesting a refund of the $99 I paid you to basically do nothing. Please refund my money.
