I dropped my laptop off to be repaired in what I believe is capable hands. \r

Not only did they install a keyboard when I specifically asked them NOT to by forcing it into my laptop and damaging it so badly that it later fried the entire device, but they did NOT fix the broken fan that I asked them to repair. They blew out the fan and left it in the device, damaged, with bearings falling out. It took them a month and over $200 to ruin my machine.\r

I can only imagine that they had no respect for me because I don't appear to be wealthy. As a business owner myself, I couldn't believe the lack of customer service and uncaring attitude.\r

They've also refused to pay their taxes according to the MO DOV and their tax license is revoked. NOT a healthy business for this community!
