They took me at the scheduled appointment time, examination was efficient and comprehensive, and Dr. Suh spent sufficient time with me as well and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had missed my appts. numerous times due to broken bones (at least 10) and concussions but was happily seen by Dr. Suh and the office staff. I believe I was seen first by Angie and she made me feel relaxed about the visit. I was given an extensive exam and given the results in a clear and informative way. All my questions were answered directly and without hesitation. Finally Dr. Suh left the visit with an open offer for me to call if I have any further questions. I value my eyesight more than any other senses and my family and I have complete trust in Dr. Suh. more

Dr Beckmans examination and culture showed the infection to be a viral one. He indicated that it would go away within 2 weeks without treatment. Its been one week today. The red eye part is 90% or more gone. I expect the rest of it to be gone in a day or so and do not need further consultation. I did opt to get the expensive medication to speed up the recovery and my infection lasted less than half the time of my wife's. She had a similar eye problem and I asked Mr. Beckman if he could glance at it since she was sitting a few feet away. He declined since she was not the one with the appointment. I thought if he'd looked at her, he might recommend treatment for her. But its clear that he didn't want to waste his time without full payment in advance. That's OK, we'll go back to our regular optometrist for a final check. Please cancel our July 2, 2015 appointment. Sincerely, Wayne Post more
