This is the worst banking experience of my 55 year life. They employ idiots who cannot answer simple questions, nor do they have any idea how their banking system even works. Moving my funds ASAP!! The city is backward but this is just ridiculous...pitiful, pathetic.. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Customer Service is terrible. They have given out private account information to family member who are not listed on our account. We suffered from a job loss and got two months behind on the credit card with them, and sold a vehicle we had a loan for through them they now refuse to release the title for the paid off vehicle until the credit card is made current. They have been rude during this rough time when all payment until now have been on time. Will never so business with them again.. Improvements: They need to implement new policies, care about their customers not only during good times but during bad times as well.. Other: Working hard to pay off this credit card so that I will never have to deal with anyone at this bank ever again. I have since found a wonderful bank and they have been wonderful and working with our family to minimize damage to our credit while still working to get payments current since our job loss.. more

(JBS and 52nd location) Do not get a loan for anything here. Been with them for 1 good year and 2 years of hell. They will raise interest on your loans after promising not to. Also don't expect any information you request to get to you anywhere near a timely manner. Although I've never had any personal experience with them repossessing property, A friend of mine claims that after working out a plan with his finance manager his vehicle was repossessed with the credit unions excuse being that he had not fulfilled his original obligation to the credit union (the payment he had worked out). Just a heads up. more

I've done my banking at small and large banks over the years. But prefer credit unions. And Complex Community Federal Credit Union is one of the best. They are very careing, kind and friendly. They will answer any and all questions that you may have. Help you in any way that they can. They have higher yields on ther returns that your typical bank. Lower interest rates on loans. Overdraft protection that is a big help. Several convient locations. Great callenders every year. Just all around fantastic. They even have special student checking accounts (for college or university students) that don't charge for new checks when you need them. more
