If you are new to waxing, this is not the place for you. I tried their ""relax"" wax, which supposedly, according to a news story I heard, numbs the top surface of your skin. Not true! It's simply an attempt at making you think your not feeling the hair being ripped out of your skin. Also, when I made my appt. I told them that it was a first time for me and that I have sensitive skin. During my leg waxing I was repeatedly told that I don't have sensitive skin but that I simply don't have any threshold for pain. Basically, I was treated poorly the entire time I was there, left to clean the extra wax off myself, not given antiseptic and made to feel like experiencing pain is ""weird"". My advice, go anywhere else!
