my car was checked out and found to be good. It is still not starting well when really cold (after sitting all night). They did not solve my problem this time.

Trans plus is very reliable, honest, and skilled. Ive taken my car a few times and every time, I am completely happy with my cars performance, and I would definetly recommend them if you want, decent, honest mechanics that know what the hell they are doing. I always know that my car will be taken care of with appropriate tune ups, repairs, or concerns that may be needed to be taken care of in the near furture. I feel that I can trust both Steve and Danny's judgement as to what needs to be done, and am confident that whatever work is done, is done in a timely manner. more

I appreciate the honesty in the diagnosis and the low-pressure attitude in addressing the diagnostic list. Danny could have done the "hard-sell" thing on the repair list, but didn't. He just singled out the items that were more urgent and stated that the other items could wait. How many other shops would do that? more

I have been going to Trans Plus for 20 years and would not think of going to another repair service as long as they are in business. They can always get to the real source of the problem quickly with their good diagnostics. They are timely, reasonable in cost and professional. more

You need to offer more coupons. I bring a lot business to the shop and have started bringing my wife's vehicle from her regular establishment. Cars cost a lot to repair so coupons would help decide to do a little more maintenance. more

Danny and Steve always do quality work and do it expediently. I count on them to find problems before they happen, show me what needs to be done, and give me realistic information about how long I can push things before we have to take care of them. These guys are the best! more

I trust them because they disclose all repair issues going on with my vehicle, and offer all options for what really needs to be done NOW as opposed to what can wait until later. They should have, however, given me a referral discount the last time I was there because I gave them new business by referring my neighbor to them! more
