We have taken three cars to Complete Auto Care and have gotten great service every time. We are about to schedule 60K maintenance on yet another vehicle. We are new to the area and feel very fortunate to have found this auto repair establishment. more

Genuinely interested in doing right by me & not just pushing me out the door. What a nice change in auto service!! 3/31/2011

I found Kevin & Complete Auto Care online and read ALL the reviews and was intrigued. I went in for a state inspection figuring I'd fail for tires. Kevin said " You need tires soon but I can't fail you for tires....Let me show you why." Then he said that my parking brake wouldn't hold the vehicle. He said that most inspectors would fail me for that but he adjusted it for me and got it working properly and passed me. I knew he was straight w/me because I had tried the parking brake before I got there and I knew it wouldn't hold the vehicle. He also pointed out to me some things that were going wrong due to the mileage of my truck. He gave me a good estimate on fixing those problems and he did some troubleshooting to determine what the cause of my check engine light was. All in all I was impressed (not an easy feat!) Kevin & crew are honest, straight shooters. I'll be sending my buisness to Kevin & Complete Auto Care for whatever mechanical problems I can't handle. more

Complete Auto Care has never let me down. I always get 100% of what I ask for or need done. I am completely loyal to them. I'm always recommending their services, and now a lot of people at my work are using them too. This is a family owned and operated business, which is getting harder and harder to find. I only have positives to say about this company. Personally, I rely on Kevin and I wish him nothing but the best in the world. My suggestion is to keep him close, because it's really hard to find a decent, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic. I'm completely pleased with the service I get there. more

I have been using Complete Auto Care for at least 2 years. My wife found Kevin's shop and had work done there. I was really satisfied with the work, so I have continued to go back. He has done several jobs for me, and all of them have been good. Kevin does good work at fair prices, and he is timely about what he does. I was there on Friday, he ordered the part, I brought the car back yesterday, and it was finished today. He is the best mechanic I have found in the last few years. I have recommended a lot of people to go there, and I will continue using Complete Auto Care as well. I haven't gone anywhere else. There was one time that I took the car to the dealer at Kevin's suggestion, but other than that, I go only to him. He is young, energetic, and does a great job. He is also very fairly priced. Each and every time our cars are in need of maintenance he has always provided fair, competitive pricing and unsurpassed customer service. After blowing out a brake line on 01/03/2011, I took my vehicle to Kevin who provided excellent and prompt service. The price was reasonable and I'm sure beat anything a dealer could offer. more

Todays knowledge with old school character 12/27/2010

From a basic oil change to rebuilding an engine, Kevin has got it covered. Their service is very friendly, real and affordable. I have lived in the area for over 15 years and have found no shop as genuine and fair. All of my friends that have been sent there swear to go no where else. It is nice to find that old school attitude of business in todays society. more

Kevin took the time to thoroughly check out the transmission and explained the process throughout the repair. He also kept me informed of how long it would take and actually finished the job ahead of time. I would definitely return to Complete Auto Care for any future repairs. more

Honest and thorough. He is a gentleman and a great guy. 12/13/2010

We have been going to Complete Auto Care for a little over a year and half now. Kevin is extremely friendly. We have a good time bantering back an forth. He is very knowledgeable about your vehicle, and he will go the extra mile to get the job done. If it costs him a little bit, he will do the repair anyway just to make sure you are happy and satisfied with his work. He is a gentleman and a great guy. I would not think of going anywhere else. Kevin is as honest as they day is long and very thorough. We had a rattle that we thought was in our transmission, but it turned out to be a stone lodged between two housings. The first mechanics I met with said it would cost $1,800 to resolve or it would eat up the transmission. However, after going to Complete Auto Care, it actually ended up costing me almost nothing to resolve. Kevin just pulled out the stone. Lynn Hubsch more

I just had my first experience with Auto Care. It was refreshing to receive such sincere service, especially after trying to deal with the dealership. Kevin is professional, polite and does what he says he's going to do. He operates with integrity and respect. We will be bringing our other vehicles to him and I will refer friends as well. I was also struck by Kevin's patience in explaining the work he had done on the vehicle and working with me around my work schedule to get the work done. I'm sure Kevin will be in business for a long time. more

Complete Auto Care is very customer-oriented, and they are willing to accommodate whatever special needs you may have. Kevin gives you several options for repair, so you really have a lot more input on what is happening with your car. I feel very comfortable bring my 3 vehicles to Complete Auto Care and working with Kevin. He is honest and he stands behind his work. more

Outstanding service. 9/28/2010

Kevin, at Complete Auto Care, is alway great. We only have one car, and he will pick us up at the house if we need it. The repairs are always same day service. Honestly, I would never ever go to another car shop. We have been using Complete Auto Care since they opened, which I think was around 2008. We met him and saw the shop because we use the train over there a lot. The repairs are always perfect, absolutely flawless. We used to use another shop religiously, but they can't compete. I will never ever go another shop again; Complete Auto Care has outstanding service. more
