We are authorized to sign Medicaid verification forms for you. Please note that since we rely upon donations from caring individuals, the type of resources available may vary. Diapers, maternity clothes, baby clothes, and other supplies may not be available in all sizes, in equal quantities, or in specific brands. If you're pregnant, you have a lot to think about.
