Very bad service. My appointment was scheduled with the doctor, but the nurse practitioner came in instead. She was distant, cold, uncaring, ignorant and arrogant. I went in due to very severe insomnia; I had been unable to sleep for days. She insinuated that I must have slept or my eyes would be blood shot. It is very arrogant for the doctor to assume she knows more about the patient's body than the patient. When I explained I also had excessive hair loss and had developed bald spots, she ignorantly and condescendingly insisted I wasn't losing any more hair than normal and I just simply needed to brush my hair more. LOL The health clinic also called me and informed me all my tests results were normal. A year or so later when I got a copy of the results, I found out they weren't. It was clearly indicated right on the sheet by the lab that my results were low and out of range. I have nothing good to say about this health clinic. Their negligence and ignorance contributed to irreversible damage for me.
