having spoken directly to the owner for nearly an hour I can say with confidence that he is a good man. Thorough, empathetic and genuinely caring about the properties and residents of properties under his care. Had I received less confusing and less hostile communication from our complex to begin with I would have contacted him directly. Things can happen, no one is perfect all the time . . . what is more important is how you react to poor situations. Commercial Maintenance reacted with integrity. I greatly appreciate their management and their resolution to a problem that was more heated than it should have been due to poor actions on behalf of staff at an apartment complex. They were left dealing with portions of a situation that blindsided them and dealt with it professionally. Great Job""
