Great hotel 6/28/2011

I love how casual and homy this hotel is. I was felt like I was really home away from home. I loved the service. I was treated like if I was a usual guest but really it was only my first time here. more

Fantastic Hotel! 6/22/2011

While my husband made sales calls, I was able to explore Harrisburg. The location of the hotel was fantastic and we didn't incur the expenses usually associated with a city hotel such as parking charges, etc. I will definitely stay here again. more

Very nice hotel 6/16/2011

Very nice hotel. price was affordable compared to the other hotels close to Hershey. The historic area surrounding the hotel was beautiful and the view of the river was nice. Any time I go to Hershey, I will stay here. It far exceeded my expectations. more

I checked in last night. Your front desk associate was so pleasant and polite. My best friend of 42 years died 10 minutes before I got to the hospital. I want to thank your front desk for beings so considerate and kind to me. You don?t find many empathetic people anymore. more

I would stay here again! 4/25/2011

Stayed this past week on business. First, the hotel has undergone major renovations, so it's quite nice now visually. The breakfast area is nice, and the breakfast is actually quite decent. The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the Wi-Fi Internet was good for the price (free). The view of the river is very nice, and the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of the downtown district. All in all, I would stay here again. more

A perfect evening 4/20/2011

We stayed Sept. 30, found it VERY nice all around, so stayed again a week later - another room, just as nice. Reasonable price, very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Great Indian restaurant on site, but also strategically located near H'burg's restaurant row. We don't understand at all the negative reviews, unless the place has been recently rebuilt. It compares favorably with hotels that are normally regarded as more upscale than this one. On our second visit, we did a sunset walk along the river trail to a very nice restaurant on restaurant row. It made for a perfect evening. more
