LOVE my Cable Company 3/17/2006

I have Comcast Cable for cable tv and cable internet service. I have been so pleased with the service. We rarely have an outage and the internet service is super fast. Rates are comparable I guess but I don't mind paying a total of 96.00 a month for basic cable and cable internet service. Each month the bill comes and shows a complete breakdown of the charges for services. The very few times I have had to call for service the service calls have been answered quickly and effeciently. more

Not really good place for cable 12/11/2005

I only have comcast cable because RCN doesn't support my area. Comcast Cable has bad customer services and most of the channels don't work at some point of month. Even the internet goes slower then your PC. I don't like comcast because it cost too much and they rip you off hardcore. I suggest whoever knows about RCN get RCN. They are one of my favorites and I wish they were around where I live. more
