Columbus 24 Hour Service was on time, professional, and fast. They did not try to up-sell me. Instead, they reassured me that some of our existing locks were fine and did not need to be replaced. We will be calling Columbus 24 Hour Service locksmiths again to have additional service in the building. more

I moved into my new apartment only a week ago, one evening I came home and found my lock tampered with. I called the locksmith who came and installed a deadbolt on my door. The price was reasonable and the service was good, very professional. more

opening my door 8/22/2011

I some how miss placed my keys. I couldn't find them any where. So I had to call the locksmith. I called on Columbus 24 Hour Service. The locksmith came in about 20 to 25 minutes. A very well dressed and spoke yound man. He looked at the lock then he got his tools and proceeded to open my door. He did a good job. He broke nothing and did scatch my door or anything like that. The job was well done. more

Thanks god they open 24 hours because when I was locked out at 3am I called on them to open my door. They came in 15minutes and opened my door. more

Columbus 24 Hour service fixed up my door knob in a about 20 minutes. The locksmith was very efficient and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. Great work. more

My mailbox key were stuck. My super called Columbus 24 hour service. The locksmith came within the hour, and he was able to fix the the mailbox lock for me. more

Our building door was not closing properly, it was a bit of a security risk so we took it upon ourselves to call the locksmith. He came within the hour and was able to adjust our door so that it could close properly. Thanks more

I was so out of it, not feeling well and I had to pick up a gift for my best friend birthday, I must have locked the keys in the car. I called up Columbus 24 Hour Service. The locksmith who came was very smart and knowledge. He came prepared to open my car door, and he did it in such a short time. I was impress. good work. more

Exceptional service 6/10/2011

I cannot recommend this company highly enough for his prompt and efficient service, which involved replacing the entire locking system to are door which died the death just before memorial day. He is also an extremely pleasant man to deal with, and I found him to be trustworthy and reliable. Exceptional service - thank you! more

I needed to install a lock in my new apartment. I called Columbus 24 Hour Service, the locksmith came. He was so professional. He explained every thing that was needed to be done before hand. He made sure I understood and agreed, then he made a price which I agreed to, then he started the work. Good work practice. I was very comfortable with this locksmith and I surely will use them again. more
