Patient and Professional 11/1/2011

My husband and I were really impressed with how professional, and courteous our salesperson was. It's like he really cared about our concerns, and really wanted us to go home happy. And we absolutely did. He answered all my husbands questions thoroughly and great detail, that I even understood everything! We test drove each car that we were interested in, and that should show his extreme patience with us, because we test drove quite a few! We really appreciated the time he spent with us and his assurance that we'd go home happy... and like I said, we most certainly did! We love our new car, and we have Columbia Ford to thank for that, and our salesperson! We'll recommend this place to others. more

Pleasurable Car Buying Experience 4/24/2011

Surprising to me to see the negative comments I have on Columbia Nissan in Longview. My wife and I just bought a car through them and enjoyed the experience. \r \r I was very happy with our salesperson, Tim. He was accomodating and seemed to genuinely want to help us get a car. He was not pushing and never brought up buying the car until we brought it up first. He answered our questions and if he didn't know the answer, found someone who did. The Finance Manager also seemed to be a nice person and explained everything to us that we had questions about. \r \r My wife and I had a pleasurable experience there. more
