Big Rip Off 2/7/2011

This is the worst athletic club in terms of price and staff helpfulness. I originally joined the CAC in Lodo and thought it was a really nice club in terms of aesthetics. But whenever I needed anything from the staff at the front counter (I mean any little question) no one knew anything! They would always refer me to call or e-mail someone else. Why does CAC have people at the front counter that cannot answer basic questions? One day I couldn't open my locker and I spent 1/2 hour in the lobby until they could even find anyone to help me. Just ridiculous! more

Excellent Premiere Athletic Cub New Mangagement 1/18/2011

Colorado Athletic Club DTC has been more than accomidating to me and my girlfriend. We have the passport which allows up to visit any of the 6 Colorado Locations. I dont understand these bad reviews! The staff is extremely nice, they offer a full line of social events, over 100 classes weekly (all included) the facility is maintained by a FULL TIME cleaning staff (these people wipe down the treadmills when you get off!) more

Worst gym in Denver 10/1/2010

I had several personal items stolen from the gym and the staff could have cared less. The equipment is dated, they have lost their remaining good instructors and they are way overpriced. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else! more

Do not do business 5/4/2010

These people are terrible to do business with they are NOT interested in what you have to offer. They tie your hands.They promise you things that cannot be offered. Will not work with you if you are not a member. Then they have a contract and they do NOTHING for you. All deals are off. Just another scamming gym. The facility is not nice it's large but it's not high end by any means and for being such an elite gym they really drop the ball. Save yourself the buck and the headache and join a better nicer gym for cheaper and don't even think about approaching them with a business offer. You will spin your wheels. Pros: zero Cons: lies, empty promises, clueless, no true interest more

Deceit and against the law 5/4/2010

Where to start our membership was put through WITHOUT a signature. Yeah that's against the law! My family was NOT members but they made us AND charged us. Again I say WITHOUT a signature. Hmmmm needless to say that woman is no longer with the company. Facility is big but not impressive, for the money it's not worth it. Pros: close to work Cons: employees lie, facility more
