I believe you can tell a lot about a company from how they treat their employees. Colonial has gone above and beyond to take care of us, and to foster the family atmosphere that all the ladies in the office enjoy. Customer service is my passion, and the personal connections made with my clients has always been my favorite part of any job. Working mostly in the retail industry and sales prior to this, it was very disheartening to work for companies that focused only on the bottom line. Completely different here. All the ladies that work in this office are extremely dedicated, down to Trish the owner of the company. I love how I can call Trish for help with any issues that my associations or boards face, and come to a solution that benefits my HOA instead of finding any and every way to make an extra buck.
