I agree with Pat T...NEVER SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE!! This is by far one of the most despicable and unsafe places in Greensboro! The management is only concerned with getting your money and could care less about your living conditions. There are always suspicious people walking the parking lot and the property is more concerned with towing cars than the safety and well-being of its residents. Also, I was traumatized by a large snake that was in the breezeway. When I asked the management about treating the area for snakes, they said that they could not afford to! I thought that rent and additional residential fees paid for this! I cannot wait to leave this place and would not even recommend it to a homeless person! DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CALL HOME! more

Don't ever sign a lease with Colonial Grand Apartments because if something happens to your property while living here don't expect them to feel sympathy for you. My boyfriends car was broken into twice on their property, and my car had its tires flattened and flour thrown everywhere. I asked the property will they ever get security or cameras, they replied never and that's when I noticed they did not care anything about the people who live here more
