Collateral Evaluation Associates, Inc. (CEA) began operations in 1990, providing machinery appraisals, equipment appraisals and inventory appraisals for asset based lenders. Our valuation procedures began at Citicorp Industrial Credit in 1981 where the principal of CEA initiated Citicorp's in house appraisal requirements, which are utilized by CEA to this day. Over two decades later, our unparalleled experience throughout a diverse range of industries has allowed us to establish and maintain an data base of industrial sources and references which support our stringent analytic process. CEA has accomplished literally thousands of certified appraisals. Our senior appraisers average in excess of twenty five years of full time professional appraisal experience.
