Colemans Fish Market has the freshest fish in the tri-state area! They offer everything from catfish to lobster, at a reasonable cost. Located in historic Wheeling, WV.

Worst

Seafood is very good. Very unorganized and the staff was not frieldy either. They were actually rude.The food was great though they have a variety of all fisf and other seafood.

Friday Fsh, Everyday 9/1/2005

The Best place for Fish...Known for Lenten Fish originally but now everyone just knows it's good everyday. Friends come from out of town and the 1st thing they ask for is Coleman's Fish. Just took relatives there last week-end. It's located at "The Center Market" in downtown Wheeling. Eating there is an option or take-out might be your choice as it's not air-conditioned. The atmosphere is great though because it's a full of people and people watching is always fun. more

Coleman's Fish Market is the most popular and well known establishment in center Wheeling. You can't find a parking spot on Fridays during Lent. This place has won awards and has been recognized in magazines. Many other local restaurants, recognizing the popularity of Coleman's, feature Coleman's fish on their menus. If you ask anyone in Wheeling where to get the best fish, you'll no doubt be pointed in the direction of Coleman's. You can order up and eat right there, or you can buy fish to take home and make yourself. more

Fresh Fish Away from the Ocean 8/10/2005

Coleman's offers some of the freshest fish you can find away from the ocean. They have two sections where they sell fresh fish that you can prepare yourself as well as a section where they prepare the fish for you to eat. Their fresh fish section sells a variety of fresh fish and shrimp. Their food section section sells fish, shrimp, and crap, as well as soups such as alligator and clam chowder. A great place for a quick bite to eat or even when you wish to prepare your own fish. more
