Told the mortgage agent that we authorized the changes and told him to convey it to you. The mortgage agent informed us back promptly.\r
The buyer agent, Patrick DeCaprio, had personal relation with the seller agent of Howard Hanna and leaned towards whatever the seller agent told him to do and kept a lot of information secret from us.\r

When we brought all these issues to the manager Tom Yargo and made sure that we put things clear in the contract. But later he refused and even when we trid to reach him he would make himself unavailable. \r

I will warn everyone to stay away from Coldwell Banker if they cannot be honest and stay up to their standards.\r

Pros: None ... we had to go out and look for properties ourselves
Cons: none reliable, corrupt, very poor customer service
