This is our experience with Colder's in Delafield. We had a 2 yr. old saggy Serta mattress we had bought from them. They sent out a ""technician"" to see if it would qualify for the warranty coverage. He measured the sags and looked it over carefully with a black light to detect any stains. (Cost to us: $25.) We then received a call telling us it would be fully covered with a replacement. We shopped for a new one that happened to be an ""even exchange"". We pre-paid the delivery charge ($61) for the new one. When the delivery men arrived they checked it over with their black lights. (My husband told them that this had already been done, but they said ""We do it again."") They carefully wrapped 3 sides of the mattress in their plastic and hauled it out to our front porch. In a few seconds they returned inside to tell us they had found a ""stain"". It was on the only unwrapped edge, light yellow, a thumb's width, in a straight line, on the foot edge of the mattress. They called their supervisor who told them to VOID THE WARRANTY IN FULL. We are now fighting them to refund our delivery charge since we received nothing. Draw your own conclusions about this transaction, and BEWARE!!!!
