I appreciated the quick and professional manner of the cleaning person. He said the carpets weren't very dirty. Three days later I had to clean them with the Rug Doctor because the dog tracked blood through the house. (She had lost a toenail.) The amount of dirt that came out of them was phenomenal! I called the serviceman, and he asked if I wanted him to clean them again. I declined, since he hadn't pulled much dirt up the first time they'd been cleaned.
