Cohiba Cigar Lounge

For being new to the cigar culture I'm glad I stepped into Cohiba at the Block. I staff took there time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase something I didn't want. I'll recomend it to everyone as a must visit in OC. more

i have been a customer with cohiba for almost 5 months the staff are very friendly the guy during the day time he is very helpful and has a great knowledge of cigars i never have been disrespect or felt they were rude to me Pros: its a great place to go sit down and smoke while the kids and the wife go shopping customer serive has been great Cons: none more

Small cigar shop located at the Block in Orange. They have a great selection and a extremely knowledgeable staff. They have many hard to find to cigars including Stradivarius and Opus X. Look for Mike, he knows his cigars. I don't know about the previous reviewer's experience but I had a great time. I'm not white, but it seems that your reviews are based on the fact that you think everyone has a race issue torwards you. this place is like a yard sale, it looks fun from far away but the closer you get you just see its a bunch of junk you dont need mixed with some cigars, all being hocked by a kid who thinks he's too good to help you. The entire time I was in there, the kid at the register just kept staring at me like i was gonna steal something. when i told him i needed help, he didnt get up, in fact he just ignored me. I walked off mad and disappointed. He was dressed no different than any other snot-nosed punk walkin around. THIS WASN'T MY ONLY INCIDENT EITHER! I came in a second time and even though it was a different guy, still the same abrasive treatment. This is a stark contrast to other cigar shops ive been to where i was approaced within the first 2 minutes. Maybe its cuz they're in The 'luxurious' Block they think they can treat customers like trash. Perhaps they think their 'shop' is really a museum? who know...all i know is that i'll take my business elsewhere.
