I go to The CC (Coffee Cottage) whenever I'm in Oregon. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is the best. They add little extras to their drinks - iced drinks get a dash of half/half for extra depth of flavor. Baristas add a dash of coffee syrup to tone down the bitterness. Their chocolate (white chocolate especially) are perfectly proportional to the drink - not too sweet. Their lunch menu is great too: gourmet sandwiches, salads, and quiche. Their scones are particularly wonderful. Everything is made on-site.\r

The atmosphere is great - set in a hundred-year-old house off of 99W, they have a great patio outside, and hardwood floors inside. It's a great / popular destination for George Fox University students (I went there all the time as a student). The people are down to earth, fun, and quirky. A great addition to any wine tasting in Yamhill Valley. I think I read somewhere that they were listed in the ""Best Places to Kiss in the Northwest"" book.\r

Oh yes... I definitely recommend this place. Stop by on your way through town. No - I don't work there, I just spend lots of money there when I'm in town!
Pros: Hardwood floors, patio, lunch
Cons: none?
