Best

I was a little apprehensive to use CBS with the negative reviews i have seen lately but figured I would give them a shot anyways. I had booked back in october for round trip shutt...

Worst

I booked a shuttle with this company for a group of 12. We were going to Port Canaveral for a cruise on Freedom of the Seas. I was told by the individual I booked with that ...

Attentive, helpful and exceptional service 5/10/2007

My boyfriend and I are going on another crusie this year and we were looking up cocoa beach shuttles number on a search off of google and we saw this site so we took a look. We read the first review and we were shocked at what we read as we could not believe someone could write such a horrible review on a company we have done business with for 5 years so we just had to write a review. We have used cocoa beach shuttle for all of our transportation when we are in Florida and we have nothing but positive recommendations for them. The office staff is courteous and knowledegable and not only did they help with our transportation but recommended hotels in the area for us. The drivers are happy people and to me that shows they are happy with what they do. We have been in both vans and midsize busses and they are spotless and roomy. We even watched a dvd in the midsize bus while waiting for other passengers at the port to get on so we could all go to the airport. The only thing unfortunate is that was we didn?t see the end of the movie because of their timely service. We have always been charged exactly what we were told and have never had a price change mid trip. Their prices are reasonable as we have checked into renting cars and taxi?s and cocoa beach shuttle is always on top. It seems to me that this person who wrote that review tried to get out of her fare and to save face wrote a nasty review. I would love to know what she paid, since I have been traveling so many years, I probably know their prices buy heart. Cocoa Beach shuttle is the best!!!! Pros: Service and knowledge in all the people we have dealt with! Cons: Not a one! more

Terrible Customer Service 5/7/2007

I made our round-trip reservation with Gene to be driven to Port Canaveral for our cruise then picked up at the cruise and brought to our hotel, Hawthorn Suites in Lake Buena Vista. I reiterated to Gene, who was also our driver to the cruise on 4/29/07 that our return trip would be to Hawthorn Suites in Lake Buena Vista. He called the office before we boarded the cruise to confirm the fare. When we returned from our cruise, we had to be driven to another shuttle because the driver did not know where we were going. This other driver started asking us directions on where to go. He also told us that we had to pay an additional $30. When we showed him that we had already paid he called Marisa, the manager and she yelled over the walkie that if we didn't want to pay the additional amount then we could get off of the shuttle. I called Marisa from the shuttle and she began to yell and when I asked for her manager's name, she reluctantly told me his first name, Ron. I told her that I wanted him to call me about this situation soon after he came into the office that day and she laughed and said that he would call me when he got around to it and then she hung up on me. I called 2 times later that afternoon to speak with Ron and the first time, I was told he was out of the office for 10 minutes and would call me when he returned. When I called 30 minutes later, I was told he was again out of the office and then placed on hold for 10 minutes. Ron never contacted me and I haven't heard anything from the company about my complaint. I would NEVER recommend Cocoa Beach Shuttle. Cons: Not on time, Rude service, Bait and Switch Sales Techniques, Over packed more

Whatever you do, do not use Cocoa Beach Shuttle Services 2/17/2007

Our parents decided to send us to Florida to go on a Disney Cruise, so me and my cousins decided to do some research about shuttles...I found Cocoa Beach Shuttle to be the most convenient. Boy was I wrong...We landed at the airport at 10:30 and the dispatcher reassured us that the shuttle was going to be there as we walked to their pick-up station. So after our long flight, we started heading that way only to find out that our shuttle hadn't arrived. We called CBS (cocoa beach shuttle) again and the dispatcher said it would be there in 5 min....5 minutes turned into 2 long hours, and when we were finally picked up, we had to go from our terminal to a different terminal to pick up another family! It took us 5 hours to get to the hotel...Notice how they tell you that you get your own shuttle...Anyway, we had scheduled and already booked a pick up from the port that our cruised returned to...When we got back from our cruise there was a storm in Cape Canaveral. We dressed warm, went to have breakfast on the cruise...I called the dispatcher who told me that our shuttle had been waiting for us since 6:30. We quickly rushed out and were infront of the vacant area where our shuttle was supposed to be. This time my friend called the dispatcher, who was extremely rude and hung up on us. She told us that the shuttle was right in front of us and that we couldn't see it, but it was there...and then when we called back she said it was gonna be there in 6 minutes...okay now i'm the fool! so in about an hour a big bus comes, and goes over the curb where we were standing and almost ran over a few people, oh and did i forget to mention that it was a cbs bus? This driver was supposed to take us to the airport...I mean talk about bad service...they left a family in the rain for 2 hours with there kids freezing! We got to the airport and the following week I was still suffering from bronchitis because my immune system got weak after standing in the rain for so long...2thumbsdown Pros: Cheap Cons: The dispatcher, The drivers, Not your private shuttle, service, timeliness, unsanitary conditions in the bus, etc... more
