When I drove by and saw the name on the sign, I expected a British pub. It looks like it has seen better days. The faded environment adds to the ambiance. Happy hour is 3:30 - 8pm and ALL their tap beers, including Bass and Guiness, are $2 a pint. Service is solid and the bartender is friendly if you make a point of asking his name and introducing yourself. I like to at least know my bartender's name. There is NO food except cheapie frozen pizzas that are free during happy hour. It's a great place to carb load on inexpensive yet quality beers and free, mediocre cardboard pizza.
Cons: seen better days
