Found and Fixed a Broken Sprinkler Pipe 6/2/2018

Coastal responded quickly and arrived during the schedule window. The technician listened to me describe what was no longer working, where water was pooling, and the watering cycle involved. In just minutes the location of the break was determined and fixed. more

Irrigation Issue 5/1/2018

My service tech Kelly, called prior to arriving at my home. Once he arrived, he introduced himself and we discussed my irrigation issues. Kelly was very professional and gave excellent customer service. After he researched the issues, he explained what needed to be done and completed the job quickly. Thank you Kelly! Will definitely use Coastal Irrigation again and will ask for Kelly! more

Disappointed 4/28/2018

Dissatisfied with job that resulted in high water bill and left us unable to use our system. Had to shut it off completely. Rep insisted there wasn’t a leak. Spent more time on sales than finding the problem we were having. Incorrectly set controller to run 4 x per day. Had to get another company to find the leak and to fix their mistakes. Very dissatisfied. The lights we had installed have the wires laying on top of the ground. The sprinkler heads we had added also have the pipes laying on the surface of the ground - shoddy work! more
