Byron and Browneyes you guys are so right!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before I went to this HELL HOLE! They are a bunch of incompetent LIARS. This is the worse business I have ever gone to. If they tell you one hour that means 3 hours. If they say we will start on your vehicle right now, that means they will start on it in a hour. If you what quality service, good customer service, prompt service, and honesty in a good environment. You better never set foot in this place!!!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I placed an order for rims in Sept 2011, still haven't fulfilled my order...its January 2012. Problems arose with my order and I was not informed until after I inquired 5-6 times about it. If there was an issue with the supplier, a simple call would've been great and expected in most places. Additionally, their customer service is HORRIBLE. They are rude and incompetent. Don't bother calling this place about questions for your order unless you want to literally wait at least 30 minutes and given the runaround by 3-4 people. Bottom line: IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! more

I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIM SHOP THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERCHARGING PEOPLE FOR RIM AND TIRE PACKAGES.I BOUGHT A SET OF USED 20INCH RIMS FOR 600.00 BUT AFTER I BOUGHT IT THE SALSMAN TOLD ME IT HAD A LEAK,SO THERES NO WAY YOU CAN GET UR MONEY BACK AS IT STATES ON THE RECEIPT.BUT THEY REPAIRED AND IT TOOK THEM FOR EVER.ALSO A FRIEND OF MINE BOUGHT SOME 22INCH WHEELS AND AFTER HE BOUGHT THEM HE FOUND OUT ONE OF THE WHEELS WERE BENT HE TRIED TO TAKE THEM BACK HE COULDNT SO END UP SELLING THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR LESS THAN WHAT HE PAID FOR.I USED TO HAVE 22INCH WHEELS AND WAS SCRUBING ON THE BACK WHEELS SO I ASK THEM HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO LIFT UP HIGHER THEY TOLD ME 1500.00,ONE GUY THAT WORKS THERE PULLED ME TO THE SIDE AND TOLD ME ALL U GOTTA DO IS GO TO DISCOUNT AUTO AND GET SOME SPRING BOOSTERS WHICH COST 10.00 FOR A PAIR AND U WOULD COME OUT ALOT CHEAPER,I TOLD HIM THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE,SO WHY WOULD THEY CHARGE ME 1500.00 FOR A LIFT WHEN THEY ARE USING THE SAME SPRING BOOSTERS?DONT MAKE SENSE TO ME.ALSO ONE GUY WAS THERE WAS PUTTING 22INCH WHEELS ON HIS MONTE CARLO I ASKED HOW MUCH HE PAID HE SAID 2500.00.,2500 I CAN BUY 2 SETS OF 22INCH WHEELS FOR THAT PRICE.IF YOU DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU,THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL LURE U INTO BUYING ANYTHING AND OVERCHARGE YOU FOR IT,I AM TELLING YOU FROM MY EXPERIANCE WITH THIS COMPANY ,, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU,WARNING THIS AINT NUTIN BUT SCAM ARTIST TAKE MY ADVICE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! Me and my husband has been going here since forever we have never had a problem with their staff or the owner of the company!! Who ever wrote that complaint about them back in 2007 is a LIAR and has their info confused because they don't work on cars transmissions or anything like that! They deal strickley with RIMS & TIRES!!! So before you take them to court you better do your RESEARCH!!!! Pros: AWESOME more

I saw a review that was recently posted in error and I had to comment. Coast to Coast Customs is a custom wheel and tire store. They do not and have never sold or dealt with transmissions of cars. Somebody really got there names mixed up. So I would like to clear that up. Pros: too many to name more

Don't use this company. They will lure you in with a reasonable price and once they have your vehicle in their possession, they will give you an astronomical price to repair it which is very different from their initial estimate. My brother was lured this way. He needed the transmission on his Madza to be repaired. They told him it'll be towed to their shop for free and the total cost of repair was going to be $1,200 and it would be repaired in 48 hours. They charged my brother's credit card the money. A week later they call and say that they'll repair the transmission for $3,000. Thats just insane, the vehicle doesn't even cost that much since its an older vehicle. Now they are refusing to release the vehicle until the $3,000 is paid and they haven't begun to put the transmission back together. Now we will have to go to court and file complaints against them. This company- its owner and employees are dishonest. They lure you in with a regular price and then when you are vulnerable to them they will demand a ridiculous price. They are just hoping that you'll be lazy enough to leave your vehicle with them since you can't afford to pay the rest of the money. Haha but thats why we have a court system in place!! Don't be a victim to these guys. Don't give them a chance to price gouge and overcharge and misrepresent their prices and themselves to you. They are professional rip-off artists.
