Chef/owner Jake Jacobus has done a great job converting this old, one time the first HoJo's in the US, into a hip, fun place with great food. Before becoming the Coast, it was called the Fogcutter which was run down and served not the best food. The place is now wide open with lots of windows and cool hand blown glass lamps and lights.
Pros: Great interior. Chef owned and operated. Great raw bar. Super ambiance. Wasabi Fried Oysters!
Cons: Limited parking. Bands play late. Not enough Sea Food. Too many choices
