As a professional courtesy, you could have told me that the hygienest, Barbara, was no longer with your practice. It was a shock to get there and hear otherwise. Though the new hygienest was personable and caring, I felt your need to keep me as a patient exceeded the need to be honest with me. I'm not sure I am coming back since we now have more choices of dentists and services in the area. By all means keep my name private.
