I would like to share my opinion of the wonderful experience I had with the locksmith service this locksmith company provided me with. The customer service is the best I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before the locksmith technician came (I needed to install a high security lock, and get a master re-key) not light jobs. Every other company I called was short with me and quick to answer my questions. The receptionist and technician from This locksmith company were patient and understanding.. more

I feel stupid. The lock on my new storefront was broken, so I called another locksmith first and they said $55 to come out, plus cost of repair. Then, I called this company and they said they would come out and give a free estimate. It turned out that I just didn't know how to open lock. They showed me for free! more

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They were able to cut my bike lock off of an outdoor bike rack (something most other locksmiths in the city said they could not do. They were able to make new keys and gave me the replacement keys on the spot. more

I wanted to have key less locks installed on the doors of my hotel and had this locksmith install them for me. They have really high quality and advanced key less locks. The key less locks I chose are operated using a magnetic card and have improved the appearance of my hotel. more

My wife and I got home at 4 am one night and could not get into our house for some strange reason. What we needed was a 24 hour locksmith service. A friend told me that this locksmith has the best 24 hour locksmith technicians, so we called them at and they arrived within 25 minutes and fixed the lock. I would recommend this 24 hour locksmith company to anyone in need. more

This locksmith saved me from having to sleep outside the other night! I have 2 locks on my front door and my key could not open either one. I called this locksmith and a locksmith came very quickly. He discovered the problem was with my locks and not my key. He quickly fixed both locks and my problem was solved. Thank you this locksmith! more

If you need a 24 hour emergency locksmith I recommend calling this company. I used them late one night when I needed a 24 hour emergency locksmith and they were really great. There was a locksmith there to meet me only 25 minutes after I called and they were very quick in helping me unlock door, they are also a reasonably priced locksmith service. In my opinion this company is the best 24 hour emergency locksmith service around! more

They were great with helping me with my lost keys problem. They showed up very quickly which was really impressive because I was in a hurry. They made me replacement keys for my lost keys and got me on my way again. If you ever have lost keys call you will not be disappointed with their great service and value. more

A good lock smith is hard to come by. If you do not know who your using you could get ripped off. The last time I needed a lock smith I used this company. They were really fast in getting to see me and did a really good job on all my lock & key problems. They also charge a reasonable price for lock smith services. Don't forget the name this company for the next time you need locksmith services. They also provide 24 hour locksmith services. more

Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The guy from this locksmith company dashed over in 30 minutes and with a bit of time and effort, did a door repair, with a new lock and a better one (high security as opposed to a deadbolt). He was professional, courteous, and the fee was very reasonably priced, especially considering it was an emergency service call. We were really pleased and would definitely use him again in the future. more

Great comprandm other's home after her keys disappeared. They were able to make keys and copy keys so that I could have a spare key as well. The technician arrived very quickly, and he helped save her some money by re-keying instead of replacing the locks. She commented that he was very nice and very professional.any! They re-keyed the exterior and a few interior locks on my elderly. more

I own a business in the downtown area. 6/7/2012

I own a business in the downtown area. I recently terminated an employee who had key access throughout the entire facility. For the comfort and security of me and my employees. I decided to have all locks re-keyed and a Digital lock installed tomorrow. The Technician was professional and knowledgeable, not just about locks but security in general. He was also able to make an extra key to my 2002 Mercury Tl. When I lost the keys to my car in the past, every locksmith I called told me to tow it to the dealer because it was not possible. Their technician had no problem making a key with no hesitation, for these reasons I would highly recommend this locksmith company for anyone who wants great service and experienced Technicians. more

This company gave us some of the best 6/5/2012

This company gave us some of the best customer service I've ever encountered (not just with locksmiths). I emailed them when we knew we were moving and left a message to have them come and change the locks on our new house. I left another email two days later as it was a little urgent, and was shocked when they called me on the spot!! They apologized for the delay and sent their nearest technician (Phil) to install new locks at no cost to us. He helped us plan a very safe lock system including high security locks, an alarm system with an intercom. He then came on two successive Saturdays and installed it all. He even helped us save money on a few items. more

We are a City based business who recently used this locksmith company for some locksmith (giving us a master lock, and doing a master system re-keys for all the lost office keys! The work was done to a high standard, within a reasonable time and with a friendly service. Highly recommended. more
