Coakley Disposal really doesn't about its customers. Like others, you'll never get a call back, so don't bother. Once the recycle driver threw my bin without any regard where it might fall, breaking a small tree I planted in my yard in half (there goes $150 down the drain). I called them to report it, but didn't receive a call back...no I'm sorry, no we'll replace it, no we'll talk to our driver. With my most recent bill, they charged me for the previous invoice that was paid (I have proof my check was cashed). Now, how am I supposed to resolve this when they don't return calls? Wish me luck!
