Located in a beautiful mountain town in the shadow of Pikes Peak, but owned by people who unabashedly display their ignorance and small-mindedness by displaying a marquis of anti-Obama retoric ,,,a hateful message leaves me with a feeling of unease and I certainly wouldn't feel secure staying there. This motel posts hate messages on it's marquee. It has posted a sign linking our new president, Barack Obama, to Osama Bin Laden. I would feel threatened and afraid to stay at this facility. And would never recommend it to anyone. more

The owners of this business hold extreme views which would make staying at their establishment very uncomfortable. Currently and for the past 4 weeks they have a sign in front of their business which states the following: ""Obama and Osama and their friends bombed the Pentagon, Wake up America!"". This sign falls under the Freedom of Speech clause and they have chosen freely to post it and express this opinion as a message connected with their business. The sign is also very misleading for those of us who did not know the intial connection but after a bit of research discovered the bombing they are referring to in reference to Obama's distant association took place during the Vietnam War and not 911. Obama was a child during the mishap. They obviously only have their own interests and opinions in mind for this is also a reflection of Woodland Park, the community in which they have their business. I would question the owner's integrity and character and would not feel safe staying at the Coachlight RV/Motel park. Cons: The owners hold extremist views and I would consider the premises unsafe. more
