Attended a FPS Course.  Instructor did not fully cover anything and kept rescheduling classes(weekend) because of prior commitments and last minute changes.  I was required by law to get 40 hours of A9 training. Instead, I got one hour on the range in which I was told that because I was a good shot, that I didn't have to get the rest of the range time in.  A total rubber-stamp mill.  Only reason I passed the test and fired well in front of the FPS Inspector is because the company I went through knew that I knew how to shoot from my previous certifications.  This company needs to be out of business.
