First time visit 7/17/2014

I was reccomended the shop by a friend. Dispite being their busiest day in sometime, I was fit in. The staff were friendly and polite. The service was complete in a timely manner bit more so it was quality work. I will be returning and bringing our other vehicles. Threw a facebook post in there as well! more

As always, the most reliable and courteous service continues to be one of the best things about Cloverdale Service Center. The people are great and the prices very reasonable and fair - like the owner, John. I have only one small complaint - which I have discussed with John - and that is that when the guys have finished rotating, balancing and aligning the tires, they do NOT wipe the wheels clean. Alas. It would be SO GREAT to pick up the car with shiny shoes on, I'd feel like I had new tires!! more

I could not be happier than I am with Cloverdale Service Center. Service is more than just in the name. John probably saved my life and certainly my sanity when he caught two nails in the rear tires right before I was to leave on a trip. more
