When I was driving around town about a year ago I noticed a sign on Main St in Nazareth announcing that Cloud 9 Cheesecakes was soon opening. A cheesecake shop in Nazareth! A dream come true! Of course I needed to be there on grand opening day and I was not disappointed. They offered over 40 different flavors of cheesecake! Some ready to go and some that could be ordered with a 48 hour notice. The cheesecakes were rich, creamy and absolutely delicious! That day I sampled Orange Dreamsicle, Strawberry, and Banana Split. They also offer mini cheesecake bites which I found to be perfect for a bridal or baby shower or birthday party. They even do cheesecake wedding cakes! Now that is unique! If you are in the area and have a sweet tooth stop by and try Cloud 9 Cheesecakes....they are the best!
