Clint Moore Animal Hospital

My whole family went to this vet for over 20 years. The Drs are great. The office staff are very slow. However, I recently decided not to go back because of the office manager. He has a horrible manager. I took my dog for a procedure and when I came back they were charging me more than what we had agreed on when I left. The office manager was so rude. He told me I am not flexible or gratiful. He was very childish stating that this is not a mechanics and the price can change. I told him that Ive been coming here for over 20 yrs and this is isnt exceptable. In return he said I can go ELSEWHERE. So I told him I didnt care for him or his attitude and he responding by the feeling is mutual. Anywhere were an office manager is going to tell the customer of 20 yrs that they are ungratiful, unflexible and they dont like them isnt the place for me more

I would highly recommend Clint Moore Animal Hospital for both vet care and boarding. We had put off getting our lab spayed and Dr. Chadwick did an amazing job spaying her even though she was age 7. What I will always remember is him calling me in person afterward to tell me "my baby" was doing great. Equally as good is Clint Moore's boarding service; having a team of 6 vets available when your pet is being boarded gives you a peace of mind. Our dog always returned from boarding there clean, healthy, well-fed, and happy. I don't look forward to boarding my dog, but always knew she would be safe there when it was necessary. I wouldn't call Clint Moore a discount vet, and at times it is quite busy in their front office, however this is a sign that they have many loyal customers and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet enough to pay for quality care. more

I am from Adelaide in South Australia and have seen this vet hospital on the Miami animal police show. I would like to encourage the vets who practice here and say THANKYOU for treating the poor neglected pets in your country with such dignity and caring. You are an inspiration indeed and if i lived in your country I wouldnt hesitate to bring my pets there. Must of us have a hard time finding a good MD this days jet finding a good veterinarian. My dog had been missdiagnose for several years that was until I was told about Clint Moore Animal Hospital. I was blown away by the frienldy costumer service,from the very first minute . To my surprise I learned that they are opened 7 days a week. (also they have a doctor living next to the practice). They also work with many organizations, Golden Rescue, Ruff Beguinings, K-94u. etc,. After many months and 2500 dls I had finaly recived an accurate diagnosis after One visit..... I had spent thousands and I had no answer, and Dr. Butzer had no doubts about her diagnosis. My dog is now doing Very well, she was diagnosed with Mega Esophagus.
